Community Cafe and Food Pantry needs our help!
Williams Memorial United Methodist Church-Wesley Hall
4000 Moores Lane
Texarkana, Tx 75503
This is located at the back of the church.
“We serve around 200 people a community meal each Monday night and help 110 families with groceries from our food pantry. We could use the kids to help to serve and also we carry the presacked groceries to the cars. We have buggies for this.”
We will either help serve meals, or carry groceries...where ever they ask us to help.
Club members will need a ride to and from and will need to wear their Builders Club tshirt.
Arrive at 5:30...be picked up at 6:30.
(Please do not sign up if you do not have transportation!)
We will volunteer to help on the following dates:

- Fall Festival is Saturday Oct. 31st.... sign up now for our game!
- Each member is to bring one bag of candy to Mrs. Alexander before the 31st.

- Please stop by and sign up for the LE Fall Festival time slot for our bean bag toss game! Fall Festival is October 31 from 10-2.
- Each member needs to please bring one bag of candy to pass out at the LE Fall Festival.
- T-shirts will be ordered soon, the cost will be $10.
- Hat, Gloves, Socks and Blanket drive for Randy Sams....need to bring to Mrs. Alexander's room G115. We are shooting for 100% PARTICIPATION!!
Builders Club will have our first meeting on TUESDAY SEPTEMBER 1st @ 3:30-4:15. All potential members need to attend. All permission slips to be in Builders Club must be turned in by Sept. 1st. No late entries will be allowed except in the case of new students
